Purpose
TICH exists to make peer-reviewed health knowledge readable, structured, and useful for clinicians, researchers, public health practitioners, students, and informed members of the public. Our work sits at the intersection of clinical medicine, epidemiology, pharmacovigilance, and digital health communication.
What we do
- Publish structured, source-cited health and medical content.
- Translate research and public health guidance into accessible formats.
- Maintain reference material on diseases, medications, and clinical pathways.
- Support research communication through editorial and writing infrastructure.
- Develop digital tools that organize medical knowledge for retrieval and learning.
Scope
TICH covers infectious diseases, non-communicable conditions, maternal and child health, pharmacy and rational drug use, epidemiology, health systems, and emerging areas in digital health and clinical informatics. Geographic focus is global, with particular attention to contexts where reliable, plain-language health information is scarce.
How we work
- Editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial relationship.
- Contributors include clinicians, pharmacists, epidemiologists, and researchers.
- Content is reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with recognized guidance.
- We follow internal governance standards aligned with widely accepted publishing norms (ICMJE, COPE, and WAME principles, where applicable).
What we are not
TICH is not a clinical service, a substitute for professional medical advice, or a regulatory authority. We do not issue clinical guidelines, certifications, or formal accreditations. Where we cite standards or institutions, we do so as references — not as claims of affiliation.
